At Spotminders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Spotminders account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit for your return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
