Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.

What is your return policy for opened devices?

We offer a 30-day return window. If the device has been opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Are the products sold on Spotminders brand new or refurbished?

We specialize in brand new, factory-sealed electronics. If an item is certified refurbished, it will be clearly labeled on the product page.
